What Counts as a Completed Researched Opportunity

A healthcare organization counts toward the monthly research volume when Access Bionics has:

Confirmed that the organization appears to exist and operate based on publicly available information
Reviewed the organization against the approved targeting criteria
Recorded the core organization information available within the approved research scope
Completed the applicable research fields that can reasonably be found through public sources
Reviewed the organization for duplication against the applicable active delivery history

A completed researched opportunity does not require every possible research field to be available. Public information varies by organization.

Information Availability

Access Bionics researches publicly available business information. Some organizations disclose more information than others.

Access Bionics does not guarantee that every organization will include:

A named decision maker
A direct executive email address
A direct phone number
A personal LinkedIn profile
A provider count
An exact employee count
A named owner or founder
A public general email address
Any other information that the organization has not made publicly available

When direct decision-maker information is unavailable, Access Bionics may provide other relevant public business contact routes or organization information.

Service Boundaries

Growth Partnerships provide provider opportunity research. Unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise, the service does not include:

Cold calling
Cold email campaign management
Social media outreach
WhatsApp outreach
Appointment setting
Lead nurturing
Sales representation
Sales meetings
Contract negotiation
Closing services
Guaranteed introductions
Guaranteed responses
Guaranteed appointments
Guaranteed provider interest
Guaranteed client acquisition
Guaranteed revenue
Guaranteed reimbursement outcomes

Researched organizations are not pre-contacted and have not necessarily expressed interest in the client’s services. The client is responsible for its own outreach, follow-up, sales process, and closing activity.

Intake and Scope Approval

Research begins after payment and intake approval.

The client is responsible for providing clear targeting criteria. Criteria may include:

Target specialties
Geographic markets
Organization types
Organization size preferences
Provider size preferences
Relevant service needs
Exclusions
Other approved research requirements

Access Bionics may request clarification before approving an intake.

Research does not begin until the intake contains enough information to establish a workable research scope.

Access Bionics may reject or request changes to criteria that are excessively narrow, internally contradictory, based on unavailable information, or not reasonably researchable through public sources.

Research Scope Changes

Clients may request reasonable changes to targeting criteria during an active Growth Partnership.

Minor changes may be applied to future research batches when operationally feasible.

Major changes involving new markets, new service categories, materially different organization types, or a substantially different research methodology may require:

A revised intake
Additional review time
A new research scope
A pricing adjustment
A custom engagement

Changes do not apply retroactively to research already completed or in active production.

Monthly Delivery

Each monthly service period includes four scheduled research batches. Each batch contains 25–35 researched healthcare organizations, with a total monthly delivery range of 100–140 organizations.

The exact number within that range may vary based on:

Approved targeting criteria
Specialty
Geography
Market size
Public information availability
Duplicate prevention
Research complexity

A monthly delivery of at least 100 completed researched organizations satisfies the standard monthly volume requirement.

Access Bionics may deliver more than the stated minimum at its discretion.

Delivery dates may shift because of holidays, approved scope changes, client delays, technical issues, or unusually complex research requirements.

Duplicate Protection

Access Bionics reviews researched organizations against the applicable active delivery history before completing recurring deliveries.

Duplicate protection applies to the organization itself.

Different locations, branches, subsidiaries, affiliated practices, departments, or legally separate entities may be treated as separate opportunities when they are relevant to the approved research scope.

The client must report a suspected duplicate within 10 business days of delivery.

Correction and Replacement Policy

A researched organization may qualify for correction or replacement if, at the time of delivery, it was:

A duplicate that should have been excluded under the applicable duplicate-protection rules
Outside the approved targeting criteria because of an Access Bionics research error
Clearly closed or no longer operating based on information that was publicly available at the time of research
Materially misidentified

The following do not qualify for replacement:

The organization does not respond to outreach
The organization declines the client’s services
The organization already has a competing service provider
The client cannot close the opportunity
A decision maker changes roles after delivery
Public information changes after delivery
A publicly listed email address or phone number later becomes inactive
A direct decision-maker email or phone number was not publicly available
The client changes its targeting preferences after delivery
The organization does not produce an appointment or sale

Replacement requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery and must identify the specific record and reason for the request.

Payment

Payment is required according to the selected Growth Partnership.

Monthly charges are due at the beginning of each monthly service period unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Research may be paused when payment is overdue or unsuccessful.
A payment delay does not automatically extend a fixed six-month or twelve-month commitment.
The client remains responsible for payments required under an active fixed-term agreement unless Access Bionics agrees otherwise in writing.
Applicable taxes, custom work, additional intelligence services, and services outside the standard Growth Partnership scope may be billed separately.

Service Term

Month-to-Month Growth Partnership

The Month-to-Month Growth Partnership continues through recurring monthly service periods until canceled according to the cancellation requirements below.

6-Month Growth Partnership

The 6-Month Growth Partnership requires six consecutive monthly service periods. The client agrees to pay the applicable monthly fee for each month of the six-month term.

12-Month Strategic Partnership

The 12-Month Strategic Partnership requires twelve consecutive monthly service periods. The client agrees to pay the applicable monthly fee for each month of the twelve-month term.

Any renewal after the initial fixed term must follow the renewal terms presented during purchase, stated in the applicable agreement, or otherwise accepted by the client.

Cancellation

Month-to-Month

Clients may cancel future Month-to-Month renewals by providing written notice before the next monthly billing date. Cancellation does not create a refund for a service period that has already begun.

6-Month and 12-Month Partnerships

Fixed-term partnerships are priced based on the client’s commitment to the full selected term.

A request to stop using the service does not automatically cancel the client’s remaining payment obligations under the fixed term.

Any early termination, settlement, or release from the remaining term must be approved by Access Bionics in writing.

Access Bionics may terminate or suspend an engagement for nonpayment, misuse of services, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, material breach, or other serious violations of the agreement.

Pauses, Delays, and Rollover

Unused monthly research volume does not automatically roll over to future months.
Client-requested delays or failure to provide required information may affect the delivery schedule.
Service pauses are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.
An approved pause does not change payment obligations or extend a fixed term unless Access Bionics confirms the change in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate intake information
Providing workable targeting criteria
Reviewing deliverables in a timely manner
Reporting eligible correction or replacement requests within the stated period
Using delivered information lawfully
Conducting its own outreach in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules
Managing its own sales process
Making independent business decisions based on the research

Access Bionics does not control how a client uses the delivered research after delivery.

Permitted Use

Research deliverables are prepared for the purchasing client’s internal business development use unless a written agreement states otherwise.

The client may use the research to support its own lawful outreach, sales planning, market analysis, and business development activities.

The client may not resell, republish, license, distribute, or commercially offer Access Bionics research deliverables as a standalone data product without written permission.

Research Supports Decisions. It Does Not Guarantee Outcomes.

Access Bionics provides research, healthcare growth intelligence, and structured market information.

Access Bionics does not guarantee:

Responses
Appointments
Introductions
Provider interest
Client acquisition
Contracts
Revenue
Profit
Reimbursement outcomes
Conversion rates
Any specific business result

The value of the service is the research and delivery performed according to the approved engagement scope.

Review Before You Subscribe

Clients should review the selected plan, service scope, commitment length, monthly pricing, research volume, and these terms before purchasing.
